DATE Framework[edit]

Discover | Assess | Train | Employ

Foreword[edit]

When we started Pentapolis Foundation back in 2017, our ambition wasn’t just to run programmes—we wanted to change the way social impact was delivered. We knew that doing real work with real people needed more than passion. It needed a process.

That’s where the DATE Framework comes in. It’s our way of staying focused—not just on what we do, but how we do it.

Discover. Assess. Train. Employ. These four pillars aren’t buzzwords. They’re milestones in every beneficiary’s journey, and checkpoints for us as professionals. They help us ask the right questions:

  • Are we reaching the right people?
  • Are we building trust and traction?
  • Are we delivering skills that stick?
  • Are we creating real economic outcomes?

DATE brings our intent to life—with systems that hold up under scale, and values that hold true under pressure. It’s grounded in quality (PDCA and ISO), and built to align with India’s key ministries—Skill Development, Education, and Labour.

But at the heart of this, DATE is an invitation.

To our staff: use this framework to learn with curiosity, reflect with honesty, and deliver with care. To our partners: use it as a window into how we work. And to the ecosystem we’re part of: we’re excited to share what we’ve built. We know it’s not perfect. But it’s bold. It’s transparent. And it works.

Let’s keep learning. Let’s keep improving. And let’s keep showing up—for those who need us most.
